How do I start doing business with you?

You can gain access to more than 100s of unique, performance-based outdoor apparel styles on this website designed exclusively for retail buyers. If you are looking to buy apparel for your store, you can contact one of our Independent Multiline Reps in the U.S. and Canada. You can also contact us to set up a retailer account. If you have not worked with an Independent Multiline Rep, we’re happy to refer you to one in your area. New retail customers must set up an account with us to order. All new account requests are reviewed (credit application and credit card authorization are required) before being approved, to ensure they are valid resellers.

How do I set up an account?

  • Set up your Storm Creek account today. Set up only takes a few minutes. You can sign up here: Retailer.StormCreek.com/register/
  • You’ll receive an account number and password for access to online ordering, price lists, inventory, sales tools, and more.
  • Terms are provided upon approved credit.

How do I place an order?

  • Log in to Retailer.StormCreek.com to order online. The site is designed to allow you to pre-book styles arriving in the future or place at-once orders anytime. The checkout process is the same for both. Step-by-step instructions on how to order online.
  • You may also place orders via email to [email protected].
  • All shipments are FOB, Eagan, MN.
  • We accept American Express®, VISA® and MasterCard® for payment at the time of order. For orders placed online, we authorize $1.00 on your credit card at the time of purchase and process the balance once your order ships. Invoices paid with a credit card after the date of shipment, are subject to a 3% fee.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

ACH Payments

ACH payment options are available.  When first setting up ACH electronic payments, please confirm details at 651-480-3000 before proceeding. Watch out for suspicious requests for information from unverified sources.

Do you offer logoed apparel?

We understand the importance of making your brand stand out. Storm Creek’s high-quality apparel greatly enhances any company logo and brand. Our styles are designed to have logos added, with many of them featuring embroidery pockets – great for uniforms, staff apparel, and more!

We are pleased to offer a single source/single invoice for your Embroidery, Heat Transfer, and Custom Patches.

Do you offer custom apparel?

Consider Storm Creek for any custom apparel requests. Our in-house design expertise, extensive private label experience, and longstanding factory relationships give us distinct capabilities for custom apparel. Accommodate your special needs with slight modifications to an existing Storm Creek style. Some of our styles even have retagging/relabeling options to increase brand exposure.

Can I view your products without having to login?

Yes! You can view almost all content without creating a site login. However, you must sign up for a retailer login on our site to view live inventory numbers and wholesale pricing, and place orders.

What’s the difference between new web user and new customer sign up?

If you are a current Storm Creek Customer (you have a Company ID) then you can sign up as a “New Web User” to access full-site information – we’ll process your request within one hour. If you have never ordered from us before or set up a customer profile, select “New Customer Signup”. Please allow one business day to process new customer accounts.

I don’t remember my company ID. Where can I find it?

Your Company ID can be found in the initial confirmation email you received after signing up as a new customer with Storm Creek. If you forgot your ID, please contact customer service to obtain it for your records.

How can I narrow my style search on the website?

Once you click into the “Styles” page or one of its subcategories, you can filter by price, gender, features, size, or color on the left sidebar of the site.

Why can’t I sign in immediately after creating a website login?

There is a slight approval period after signing up for the site, as we need to verify your status as a retailer. We manually verify each customer to ensure that only legitimate retailers can access our full site and exclusive information.
