Product Care

Following our product care instructions will make sure your gear will be able to take life by storm and last longer. Always consult the tag on the inside of your garment for washing instructions, as they will have care instructions specific to that garment.

General suggestions

For the longest lasting quality, we generally recommend the following instructions:

  • Washing. In general, wash your gear in cold or warm water with mild laundry soap. For best results, turn bright or dark garments inside out to reduce fading.
  • Wash Less. Wash your clothing only when absolutely necessary – you’ll conserve water and minimize wear and tear on your garments. Even your most used outerwear should only be washed occasionally. If possible, spot clean rather than putting in the machine. Consider using a front-load washer rather than a top-load model. Microfibers on synthetic jackets tend to shed five times faster in a top-load washer compared to front-load washers.
  • Line Dry. Whenever possible, line dry your clothing. Hang garments from the bottom. If you choose to use your drier, tumble dry on the lowest heat setting.
  • Ironing. If ironing, use the lowest setting you can and test a piece of the garment first, to ensure no heat marks will be left.
