Logging In to Your Account

• Click the person icon in the top right corner of the site
• Ensure you are logging into the Retailer Site as a Retail Buyer. Click "Continue."

• Enter your username and password and click "Sign In"

• If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password" and a reset link will be emailed to you. If you're having trouble, please email retailsales@stormcreek.com

Why logging in matters:
Some areas of the site are only visible when logged in, including:

• Inventory tables
• Wholesale pricing
• POP materials
• Other retailer-only resources

How to Check Inventory

Checking inventory is done directly on each product page.

Here’s how it works:

• Navigate to the product you’re interested in
• Click the “Order / Check Inventory” button

• The page will jump down to the inventory table

Understanding the inventory numbers:

• The main number displayed = what is available to order right now
• This number updates continuously as orders are placed

Incoming inventory (calendar icon):

• Hover over the calendar icon to see future inventory
• Inventory is grouped into time buckets:

30 days: arriving in 0–30 days
60 days: arriving in 31–60 days
90 days: arriving in 61–90 days
90+ days: arriving in 91+ days

How to Build & Use Saved Carts

Saved carts are perfect for planning future orders, approvals, or reorders.

To create a saved cart:

• Add products to your cart as usual
• Go to your cart page
• Click “Save Cart”

• Name your cart by clicking on the default "Untitled" (examples: Order by 2/7/25, Spring Event, Client Reorder) and then click "Save Changes"

To access saved carts:

• Click your account profile (top right)
• Select View Saved Carts

• Click the cart you want to work with

From a saved cart, you can:

• Edit quantities
• Remove or add products
• Add notes
• Share the saved cart
• Duplicate the saved cart
• Export the saved cart
• Delete the saved cart

Choose how you want to proceed:

• Add individual items to your active cart (existing active cart items stay there)
• Add all to cart (existing active cart items stay there)
• Checkout directly from the saved cart (this will NOT include items from your active cart)

How to Find Decoration Specs

You can find our recommended decoration methods for each style under the product images on each product page.

Search or navigate to the product you want by using the search bar at the top of the page or exploring our collections.

Once on the product page, click on the "Garment Specs" button underneath the images.

On the bottom right of the one page document you will find:

• Recommended decoration methods
• Storm Creek logo location
• Storm Creek logo color
• Recommended embroidery sizes
