Storm Creek offers same day shipping on blank orders placed before 3pm CST.

We are proud to be a part of the UPS Carbon Neutral Program, designed to offset the CO2 associated with our UPS shipments while helping to support environmental projects.

Shipping Coverage

With our central location near Minneapolis/St Paul, MN, we are pleased to offer a standard 1-5 day ship time to verified business addresses in the lower 48 states. Shipping time to residential addresses may vary.

  1. Transit times are estimated based on major city destinations.
  2. Storm Creek is not liable for any delays in delivery due to severe weather or carrier disruptions.
  3. Additional transit time may apply to remote areas. Please call for additional information.

FAQ

  • Storm Creek’s primary carrier is UPS. Orders will ship UPS Ground unless specified otherwise on your Purchase Order.
  • We also will accept your shipping account number if provided on the order.
  • All shipments by Storm Creek are FOB point of shipment, therefore, freight costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Before shipment: Yes, contact us as soon as possible to update delivery instructions.
  • After shipment: We’ll do our best to reroute your package, but contact retailsales@stormcreek.com immediately. Additional charges may apply.

We can only ship to physical addresses within the United States and Canada. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
