To ensure your logo looks its best, please follow these artwork guidelines:

Accepted File Types:

  • Vector files preferred: .AI, .EPS, .PDF or .DST (with fonts outlined)
  • High-resolution raster files accepted for DTG and heat transfer: .PNG, .PSD, .TIFF, .JPEG (minimum 300 dpi)
  • If a.DST file is provided and used as-is, no digitizing fees apply
  • A minimum $40 setup fee will be added if artwork needs to be converted to a sew file (.dst).
  • If a file needs to be edited, a minimum $20 fee will be applied

File Setup:

  • Convert all fonts to outlines
  • Include Pantone (PMS) color references when applicable
  • For embroidery: provide stitch counts or thread colors if known
  • For DTF/DTG: include transparent background if possible

Sending Artwork:

  • Attach artwork when submitting your order form via email
  • Send artwork to retailsales@stormcreek.com if placed order online (be sure to select that it is as decorated order at checkout)
  • If artwork is too large to email, request a secure upload link from our team

Our team ensures every decorated order meets Storm Creek’s high quality standards:

  1. Submit Your Order – Email your completed Deco Order Form or note “decoration” at checkout.
  2. Provide Artwork – Send us your logo file following the requirements above.
  3. Proof Review – We’ll create digital proofs in showing artwork placement, thread color, and scale.
  4. Approval Required – Orders do not move forward until you approve all proofs.
  5. Production & Shipping – Once approved, your order will enter production to reach you on your confirmed in-hands date.

  • Standard turn time: 10–15 business days after proof approval.

Zipperize® Your Brand (Optional)

Looking for a pop of color? Add one of our sixteen zipper pull colors to any Storm Creek Style, or mix and match pull colors! Zipper pulls will ship with your order. Zipper pulls will not be applied prior to shipment unless you are ordering a Private Label/Made-To-Order style. $0.25 per zipper pull. ZIPPER PULLS NOT SOLD SEPARATELY
